The flag of San Marino on a stamp by the UN

The flag of the Republic of San Marino will be featured on an issue by the United Nations Postal Administration. The white and blue banner will appear on a $1.55 stamp of the “Flags of the World” series. The flag of San Marino on a stamp by the UN On sheet number 58, along with the flag of San Marino, there will be those of Lebanon, Venezuela and Yemen. The issuing date is set for 15 March 2024. The concept of the sheet was developed by Ole Hamann of Denmark and the designer was Rorie Katz of the United Nations. The format of the stamps is the traditional 40mm X 30mm with 14×13-1/4 perforation. Eleven thousand sheets will be produced for a total of 176,000 stamps, 44,000 stamps for each country. The issue is available in the “full sheet” format or in the “single set” format consisting of one stamp for each country.
