The Europe 2018 stamp series is dedicated to bridges. This theme has been selected by PostEurop for the joint stamp issues of its member states. The first stamp shows the Valdragone railway bridge with a blue and white train and the three towers in the background. The second stamp depicts a close-up of the same bridge with the electric train of the former railroad which connected Rimini to the San Marino city centre from 1932 to 1944.
