Joint Philatelic Folder "Conclusion of the Jubilee of Mercy"

The Philatelic and Numismatic Office of the Republic of San Marino, Poste Italiane, the Philatelic and Numismatic Office of the Vatican City and the Magistral Post Office of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta (S.M.O.M.) issued for the first time a joint philatelic folder on the occasion of the conclusion of the Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy with the closing of the Holy Door of St. Peter’s Basilica. The folder contains four covers, one for each of the above-mentioned Postal Administrations, with pictures of the Pope during the opening of the Holy Doors. Each cover has a 0.95€ stamp that commemorates the Year of Mercy and a cancellation dated 20th November 2016 dedicated to the Conclusion of the Jubilee of Mercy. The folder depicts a view of St. Peter’s Square full of believers and a picture of Pope Francis rapt in prayer.
